Got a problem on a new 4350. Well, got it cheap because it had been dropped and I am trying to fix it up. The error message say's it a paper jam 13.20.

I cannot find any paper stuck in the printer and all the flags seem ok.

The error message is not in a manual i have for 4300/4200 but it is displayed on the printer.

Any bright ideas??

I wish I had a cheap 4250 printer. They are one of the best printers for volume I have seen for the office.

Back to your problem. I do not know were you have had your spares from because the wrong fuser has been fitted. It is from a 4300 printer and not the 4250.

You could always sell the other on that auction site E something?
