Help! The four toner cartridges in my HP5500 are stuck/locked and will not release. You can pull the right hand side of the toners out a little, but locked in on the left hand side.
First to tell me what's wrong and how to fix it gets a pint of their favourite brew!
You canremove the transfer belt,remove the small black cover to the left of the left hand tarnsfer belt mounting. Look down to the left hand side where the belt slots into and there should be a wire bar. This bar may have come away from the lefthand transfer belt mount.
