Hi,

I have recently purchased a LaserJet 1022n and downloaded the full-feature software from HP.

Halfway through the install I get a window winging about the fact that the installer has encountered an unexpected error and will shut down - I have tried this on several PC's (running Windows 2000 Server) and they all fail in the same way - has anyone else seen this problem?

I think I've found your problem - it seems that the full SW install is not supported on Windows 2K Server - see here
