Hi guys, I have a LaserJet 4000 which pauses for about 5 seconds between each page. I have tried simple jobs with no graphics and no great file size but it still pauses.
Any ideas please? |

Hi plumstix, does it do the same with internal test prints?

It could be due to a number of reasons.
More detail is required. Is it a PCL or PS job that is being printed? What is the control panel displaying while printing and when pausing? What type of interface is being used? |

Cheers for the replies guys, but I think I have narrowed it down to the formatter now.
