Had a problem with a 1320 today.

The customer was complaining that the Toner cartridge was difficult to fit and if you tried 20 times may be it would fit correctly once.

Seen this many times on other laser printers.

The cartridge guides become damaged when the operator changes the cartridge a bit roughly.

Fix. Align the guide in the correct position and use a hot melt glue gun to fix the rail from the rear.

Cheap fix! happy customer!
