Does anybody know of a service manual for this machine, have tried the obvious (google etc) but i am a bit stuck, machine powers on hdd spins up then nothing, no output to console.
Have replaced backplane, multifunction i/o card, cpu card. Internal hdd is good (tested disk on another machine)
Please help, its Friday and i'm sick of looking at this thing!

Quick update, Managed to get a console using service switch and found fault code a088 which is described as "no console found"
Long story short this was being caused by a bent pin on the backplane.
Now the system works fine except when i try to boot hp-ux the system starts to boot (can see the hdd light flashing so the boot path is definately correct 56/52.6.0) Then the system seems to stop. No error lights on front panel, no error messages on console.
Anyone else think hp-ux is corrupt?

Yes, I do. But I'd be looking for who bent the pin on the backplane and sacking him (Paul!!!).
