I have just swapped out the fibre card in an msl5026 library to troubleshoot an issue. However I am unable to get the servers attached to my msa1000 fabric to see the library. The wwpn is visible on the san switches and I have added the wwpn to the correct zone which includes the relevant servers but they still have no visibilty. What am i missing?
Hi Jez....for future reference - you may or may not be aware that you can 'save' the E1200 config via FTP using the 'utilities' option from the GUI. This could be useful if a customer has lost his config, or as in your case the option needs to be replaced, (this assumes that there is enough functionality to save the config before it is replaced, or someone has previously saved it !!)
